課程概述

反思均衡最初由羅爾斯所提出，是用來證成道德判斷的一種方法，近年來反思均衡被實在論者和建構論者拿來作為知道和證成道德真理的方法，其定義和證成效力目前還不斷的被討論。
The reflective equilibrium, first named by John Rawls, is a method to justify moral judgement. In recent years, both realists and constructivists have adopted the reflective equilibrium as the method of knowing or justifying moral truths. The definition and the justifiability of the reflective equilibrium remains a hotly debated issue.

課程目標

了解文獻上對於反思均衡的討論，並提出對於反思均衡的見解。
The goal of the course is to understand the discussion about the reflective equilibrium in the literature and give one’s own conception of it.

課程要求

採一對一方式進行，每個星期就指定閱讀內容提出報告進行討論，並於期末提出研究報告。
